As a former Transaction Banker, hiring manager and recruiter of talent, Nicole created a search firm founded on the principle of bringing together the world’s most successful banks and companies, together with the very best and relevant candidates whose professional, technical and cultural attributes best align with clients’ needs.

Nicole has over twenty years’ experience in Transaction and Corporate / Commercial Banking, having spent most of her career at Citibank, notably as Managing Director and Team Leader for Citibank’s North American Financial Institutions Cash Management sales team. During her tenure at Citibank Nicole’s roles ranged from business development to Implementation Head for e-Banking Solutions to North American Cash & Trade Process Re-Engineering Head. Prior to working at Citibank, Nicole worked for The First National Bank of Chicago and Shawmut Bank Boston. She began her career at Xerox. Her head hunting career began in 2007 with The Rose Partnership in London as Head of the Corporate & Transaction Banking Practice.

Nicole’s search experience includes hiring mid- and senior-level executives for roles including the Global Head of Transaction Banking, Heads of Regions, Countries, and P&L’s, Heads of Products and Service, Heads of Sales and Operational Risk. Her expertise is in the areas of Cash & Liquidity Management, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, Securities & Fund Services, and Corporate & Commercial Banking.

Given the natural extension of the payments business, Fintech and Digital mandates are on the rise and The Meyer Partnership is deeply involved in this growing sector.

Nicole is a frequent speaker at Banking conferences and Client Forums, addressing audiences on the topics of Networking to Improve (your) Brand Awareness, Writing Impactful Resumes (with credible metrics), and How to Work with Headhunters. She has also been invited to lead workshops on the topics of Launching and Managing your Career by clients such as Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Zion’s Bank, and JP Morgan.

Nicole has an undergraduate cum laude degree in Economics and French from St. Lawrence University, and an MBA with Honours from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds dual citizenship with the UK and US.
