Nicole Meyer
Nicole has over thirty years’ experience in banking and executive recruitment. She spent most of her career at Citibank, in her last role as Managing Director, North American Financial Institutions Cash Management Sales Head. At Citibank, Nicole’s roles ranged from Business Development and Sales Leadership to Implementation Head for e-Banking Solutions to North American Cash & Trade Six Sigma Process Reengineering Lead. Prior to Citibank, Nicole worked for The First National Bank of Chicago and Shawmut Bank, in client-facing roles. She started her career in sales at Xerox Corporation.
Nicole’s search experience includes hiring senior-level executives for roles ranging from the Global Head of Transaction Banking, to the Global Head of Payments, to Heads of Regions and Countries, Heads of Product, Sales, and Service, and Heads of Operational Risk. Her expertise is in the areas of B2B Payments and Liquidity, Digital Banking, Trade/Working Capital/Supply Chain Finance, and Corporate and Commercial Banking. Nicole began her head-hunting career in 2007 at The Rose Partnership in London as Head of the Corporate and Transaction Banking Practice.
Nicole is a frequent speaker at banking conferences and client forums, addressing audiences on the topics of Skills Assessment, Resiliency and Redundancy in a 21st Century Career, Networking and Branding, Interviewing, Writing Impactful and Metrics-based CV’s/Resumes, Career Transitions, The Gift of Feedback, and How to Work with Executive Recruiters. She has been invited to lead these workshops at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Zions Bank, JP Morgan, BAFT, EuroFinance, Wharton Business School, Women in Payments (WIP), The Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), and FMA, Financial Management Association.
Nicole has an undergraduate cum laude degree in Economics and French From St. Lawrence University and an MBA with Honours from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds dual citizenship with the UK and US..

Before joining The Meyer Partnership, Beth co-founded CharlesChase Group, a financial services boutique search firm where she was Head of the Asset/Wealth Management practice and specialized in senior level search mandates for clients that included traditional asset managers, boutique investment managers, hedge funds/alternatives and private equity firms. She also conducted numerous capital markets and banking searches while a Partner at the firm.
Prior to that Beth was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles where she was a senior member of the firm’s Global Asset & Wealth Management Practice. Her areas of search expertise include leadership and senior-level mandates for Investments, Distribution and Infrastructure professionals.
Clients include global financial institutions as well as boutique, traditional and alternative/hedge fund/private equity investment managers. Beth’s prior search experience also includes five years as a Director with another boutique search firm where she led senior-level global searches in Capital Markets, Asset/Wealth Management and Banking.
Before her search career, Beth held management positions in commercial and retail banking with Shawmut Bank, FleetBoston and Bank of Boston. She began her career with Arthur Andersen & Co.
Beth holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame. She also completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School and is an emeritus member of the Advisory Board of the HBS Alumni Association.

Yulia has over ten years of research experience across a range of Financial Services and Professional Services sectors, as well as within one of world’s leading Fund Management organisations.
Yulia started her career at Latitude Executive Consulting where she executed numerous searches up to Board level within the Professional Services and Banking sectors. She honed her research skills at Morgan Hunt, working exclusively within the Financial Services sector on Pan-European searches.
Before joining The Meyer Partnership in 2009, Yulia worked for Fidelity as a Credit Research Analyst within their London Media and Telecommunications practice.
Yulia is fluent in Russian, receiving her BA Honours degree from Cass Business School, London.
